It seems to be making a few points: the protagonist can’t decide anything for himself; the interviewees think according to their labels; and finally, taking a survey of different opinions just results in an impractically long list of features. It doesn’t get the rabbit any closer to an opinion of his own, or to an idea of what a single good computer would look like. One China, many systems…
